At MantraModa, we are committed to providing top-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. To support this, we have crafted a returns and exchange policy that prioritizes your satisfaction. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge. This policy covers issues such as receiving an incorrect product (wrong color, size, or design), printing imperfections, color fading, or torn items.

While we’re happy to assist with exchanges, please note that our current exchange policy only applies to the "Solid Essentials by MantraModa" collection. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Important Guidelines for Exchanges:

• The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything meets your expectations.
• Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns for size-related issues. If you order an item and wish to change the size, this will not be eligible for an exchange.

Refund Information:

• If your exchange request is approved and the product is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 6-7 working days and credited to the original payment source.
